Orders & Delivery
All orders are prepared and quality-checked within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre in Peterborough.
Standard tracked delivery across mainland UK takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–7 business days.
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at artwallmuse@gmail.com.
Currently we dispatch to mainland UK addresses only. If you are based outside the UK and wish to enquire about international delivery, contact us at artwallmuse@gmail.com and we will advise on availability and costs.

Returns & Refunds
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Email us at artwallmuse@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 1 business day.
Once we receive your returned item, your refund is processed within 1 business day. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–5 business days.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artwallmuse@gmail.com with a photograph of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Products
Yes. Every piece is made by hand by a single artisan — no print-on-demand, no machine reproduction, no digital printing onto canvas. The textures, brushstrokes, carvings, and knots are all physically made. Minor surface variation between pieces is a natural consequence of this process.
Materials vary by product and are listed accurately on every product page. Across our range we use:
- Eco high-density board (relief panels)
- Stretched canvas (canvas paintings)
- Solid poplar wood (wood sculptures)
- Cotton yarn and natural wood rods (macramé and fibre hangings)
- Acrylic paint, oil paint, texture compound, and fine stone powder
The composition, colours, and dimensions will match the product listing. However, because each piece is made by hand, minor variation in texture detail, brushstroke placement, and surface finish is expected and inherent to the process. This is not a defect — it is evidence that the piece was made by a person.
All dimensions are listed in centimetres and represent the actual size of the piece. For handmade items, a tolerance of ±1–2cm may occur. If exact sizing is critical for your space, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the specific measurement of the available piece.

Care Instructions
Dust gently using a dry microfibre cloth. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or chemical products on textured surfaces — moisture can damage the compound and paint layers. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent colour fade over time.
Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid moisture and do not use polish or oil treatments unless specified. Keep away from direct heat sources such as radiators, which can cause wood to expand or crack over time.
A light shake outdoors or gentle dusting with a soft brush is sufficient. Do not wash or expose to moisture. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent the yarn from fading or becoming brittle over time.

Custom Orders
Yes. We welcome custom requests for bespoke sizes, colour palettes, or specific designs within our production capabilities. Email us at artwallmuse@gmail.com with your requirements — dimensions, colour references, and any other details — and we will confirm feasibility, pricing, and lead time.
Lead times for custom pieces vary depending on complexity and current workshop capacity. We will confirm an estimated production and delivery timeline before you commit to an order. Custom orders are non-returnable unless the piece arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed.
