At ArtwallMuse, we stand behind the quality of our artisan wall decor. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home, we are here to make the return process as simple as possible.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a successful return, please note the following:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging (to protect the textured surfaces and delicate materials during transit).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at artwallmuse@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at artwallmuse@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refund Process
We understand that waiting for a refund can be stressful, so we prioritize speed:
